most important dates in the process are the following:
- Admission of candidates, between 16 and 27 October 2010 at the College Secretariat (Secretariat during office hours).
- Provisional list of candidates on October 28 and the final list
November 2 - Elections on November 16th from 13:30 to 18:30 in the College
