Did George Crum Have A

A trash (or the round file, as my former boss) is where you should go to stop the labor reform approved last by the Government.

The latest employment data could not be more contradictory for welfare reform whose main objective is to lower the dismissal for permanent workers and thereby to reduce the high rate of temporary employment that exists in Spain, it is easy to deduce, therefore, that the Government blamed on the huge number of temporary contracts the runaway unemployment figures we have seen an increase since many months ago.

Well, it seems that the English business is unrelated to any lowering in severance payments.

Of the more than 13,000 labor contracts that have been made in Castellon in the month of September, nearly 11,000 (90%) have been temporary, ie that the employer gives Castellon exactly 45 days to pay compensation to 13 (33 days, of which 20 are paid by the social fund, that is, all of us), so mercilessly lay hold of compensation 8 days they are entitled to temporary contracts.

If this labor reform not only continue to maintain high rates of temporary employment, but even increased (as revealed by recent data), whether this labor reform, which greatly facilitates companies laying off permanent workers (since the time already had it easy), the business continues to own and still prefer the timing of their workers, and, ultimately, whether this labor reform what has been done is take away rights to workers to give satisfaction to the theories (not implemented, since not apply) defended by the employer Díaz Ferrán and company ... the most logical and consistent would be withdrawn from circulation and restore the rights that workers have lost, since the aim of this reform seems destined inevitably to utter failure.

And if it keeps up, do we raise salaries?

However, the government seems to be the work of removing anything, some will think if it does it is because something good has to have reform, and the truth is that is according to economic theories of the employer (not the practices, because that does apply.)

When talking about the benefits of free dismissal (and that way will this labor reform), it is clear that these benefits should also be affecting the employee (unless there who think that the worker is silly by nature) and indeed it is: the disappearance of severance pay, the labor market (the markets again) would eventually assimilate (of course, in an uncertain future and indefinite) and that would make the salary of the workers just getting fat on to those missing payments.

That's the theory, but ... what about in practice? What would happen in practice? Happen because in practice the compensation money would stay in the hands of those who now must pay, to see if we are going to make fools of entrepreneurs.

In fact, temporary contract workers are not given today (and long-term contracts exist) any supplement or so plus it saves the employer to pay compensation when and if actually applied to the theory of the employers, the savings in compensation would affect the employee's favor (According to the usual laws of markets, including labor), but is that reality is too stubborn, and the reality is that these theories are a real scam employer because the employee pay any charges the same basis as the indefinite compensation is the save (now ten years ago and ten years) the employer. Total

, if this labor reform remains nor do we raise salaries. Conclusion: labor reform in the trash.
