SALUTE TO ALL WORKERS
The Bank once again we are fighting for our rights. For a fair wage increase and in line with the profitability of the banks, who won in the last year 49% more than in the year 2009, and two times more than in 2008.
Because we need our families and because the economic model to defend needed a fairer redistribution of corporate profits, which deny us our constitutional right to share in the profits.
Indeed, we do not stop with fines. Less people get past, indifferent, the banks outright failure of labor law, collective wage agreements in force.
The joint has begun in our sector in December 2010 and at that time of year-end, mourning all Argentinians as well by the physical disappearance of the man who returned the joint Argentine-workers , when no suitable for conflict, quickly agreed to an advance on account of increase from the corresponding 1st. January, with the commitment that the final pay scale - retroactive to May 1st. January, would be signed in late March.
Not only that commitment has not been met. Banks, all banks, in different ways does not comply with current labor conditions, either by not respecting the workday, or categories or additional care or does not ensure for our children, or impose outsourcing to pay less for the banking work ...
The conflict, therefore, in the financial sector has a clear origin: the meanness of the bankers.
The conflict in general terms, also has a clear origin: price makers, speculators, the big beneficiaries of tax evaders in the black economy imposed operating conditions.
we've never played into the provocateurs. These four months have elapsed since the start of the joint bank and the prudence of the Banking Association for the same, showing what our behavior. Do not defend privileges, rights advocate, and often - for the sake of common good we have postponed. However, there is no intention to confuse the common good, with the voracity financial considerations of those who think that workers are second class citizens.
