1976 film, science fiction, based on a book (1967) of the same name. In the novel
Logan motivation to become a fugitive is to accompany Jessica which is love, while in the movie he comes out with a mission to find and destroy the "Sanctuary" .
The film is about life inside the dome, everyone has a crystal in the palm of the hand, indicating their age, reaching age 30, people are self-surrender to a ritual of "rebirth" that is not such. A police Sandman (Michael York) decides to rebel at the age of 30 years (not the 21 as in the book) and go outside with Jessica (Jenny Agutter) in search of sanctuary.
